OUR GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD.

        The year started of to a good start. Both professionally and in my entrepreneurial journey. Could feel the presence of God Many a time. However you know when you face challenges you always tend to forget His Blessings, and you begin to question God. 

       Jan 20th  afternoon kinds I got a call from one of my customers. The laptop belonging to the head of the organisation has a physical damage and has been given to the service centre, The service centre rejected the laptop call saying it does not have the accidental damage protection (ADP) policy covered. 

     The customer bought this laptop in August of 2019 and had paid for the accidental damage cover. However due to a mistake at the OEM end and becusae I did not followup this cover was not updated for the customer. 

    To add to the problem the service centre was way outside city . There was no one going there to get the same picked up . Also the staff at the centre were affected with covid. To cut the long story short till the 29th There was nothing that could be done. On 29th eveing as I was leaving office I  got the complete list of the spares  and had sent it to the backend team to know the prices. On a parallel note I had raised a request to the OEM to take approval to cover it under ADP . 

   The customer (IT Purchase head) being a nice person that he was kept calling me every day three times a day and politely kept bugging me. On Saturday the 29th the customer mentioned that his boss is getting annoyed at the delay. 

    Sunday was a day filled with aprehension as to what will happen on Monday. the cost of spares being pretty high who will bear the cost . It will be a big loss to our company. 
But Monday afternoon I spoke to the OEM head and he mentioned that the approval proces is on to take it under regular service. And in an hours time he reverted back to me with the much needed Good news that I wanted to hear that the call is Approved and the support will happen like any other normal call. 

All the fears and worries of Sunday  vaporised. I must also confess that on Saturday midnight I was not able to sleep and I was going on talking to God while lying down in my bed. ASking questions and I did not get any answer. just me doing a one sided conversation I felt. 
But Monday I knew it was not onsided. It was God working in HIS TIME. Giving the right result when I needed it the most. 

I learnt to PUT MY TRUST WHOLLY IN HIM. It was also proof to me that inspite of all my fallings and shortcoming MY God has a plan for me. He leads me in QUIET waters. I have to learn to wait and be patient.
